Each Tzubbie Gold All Weather Bangle is made by a team of 20+ artisans, each bangle is handmade, each is a labor of love. AWBs are made with organic products, at times a slight color differentiation might occur, this is only natural as humidity and temperature conditions do affect the outcome. Our Serenity Prayer Bead is made with uncoated brass which as time goes by, might develop a verdi-gris patina. Our point is that Tzubbie Gold All Weather Bangle is a product that will age, develop character, and will remain beautiful...just like our BuDhaGirls.

Returns Accepted: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt for store credit only. Store credit can be used for online or in-store purchases.

Nonrefundable Items: Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Final sale items include items purchased at a discounted price of 25% off and more, jewelry swimwear, intimates, cosmetics and gourmet items.

Return Conditions: Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when it was received - unworn, undamaged, saleable, with original tags and packaging. Gabrielle's reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.

Holiday Items: All Holiday themed items may be returned until 10 days prior to the holiday.

Note on Processing Times: At Gabrielle's, we work hard to process, pack and ship orders same day/next day (excluding holidays and weekends). Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, we cannot be held responsible for delayed or lost packages.

Damaged Items: While we strive to provide the absolute best quality and service, should an item arrive to you in damaged condition, please send a photo and your order number to info@shopgabrielles.com with 48 hours. We will then be in touch about the process to make this right.

Return Process: We recommend sending items back via USPS, UPS, or FedEx along with a tracking number. Gabrielle's is not responsible for items lost while in-transit. The customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
