Thank you for choosing Gabrielle's!  We strive to process and ship your orders promptly to ensure a seamless shopping experience. 

Order Cancellation Policy: Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified.  Please review your order carefully before finalizing the purchase.

Exceptions: In the rare event of unforeseen circumstances or technical issues on our end, we reserve the right to cancel orders.  In such cases, we will notify you promptly and provide a full refund.

Return Policy:  We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Gabrielle's.  If for any reason you need to make a return, please read our return policy carefully. 
Returns Accepted:  Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt for store credit only.  Store credit can be used for online or in-store purchases. Purchases made on our live sales and our mobile app can be returned for an account credit to be used on a future live sale or app purchase. 
Nonrefundable Items:  Shipping costs are nonrefundable.  Final sale items include items purchased at a discounted price of 25% off and more, jewelry swimwear, intimates, cosmetics and gourmet items. 
Return Conditions: Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when it was received - unworn, undamaged, saleable, with original tags and packaging.  Gabrielle's reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition. 
Holiday Items:  All Holiday themed items may be returned until 10 days prior to the holiday. 
Note on Processing Times:  At Gabrielle's, we work hard to process, pack and ship orders same day/next day (excluding holidays and weekends).  Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, we cannot be held responsible for delayed or lost packages.  
Damaged Items:  While we strive to provide the absolute best quality and service, should an item arrive to you in damaged condition, please send a photo and your order number to info@shopgabrielles.com with 48 hours.  We will then be in touch about the process to make this right. 
Return Process:  We recommend sending items back via USPS, UPS, or FedEx along with a tracking number.  Gabrielle's is not responsible for items lost while in-transit.  The customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
