- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt for store credit to be used @ www.ShopGabrielles.com or instore.
- Purchases made on our live sales and our mobile app can be returned for an account credit to be used on a future live sale or app purchase.
- Shipping costs are not refundable.
- Final Sales: Items purchased at a discounted price of 25% off and more, jewelry, swimwear, intimates, cosmetics, and gourmet items are Final Sales.
- Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, saleable, with original tags and packaging. Gabrielle's reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.
Please Note: At Gabrielle's we work hard to process, pack and ship orders same day/next day (excluding holidays and weekends). Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, we cannot be held responsible for delayed or lost packages.
- While we strive to provide the absolute best quality and service, should an item arrive to you in damaged condition, please send a photo and your order number to info@ShopGabrielles.com within 48 hours. We will then be in touch about the process to make this right.
- We suggest sending items back USPS, UPS or FedEx along with a tracking number. Gabrielle's is not responsible for items lost while in-transit. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
