Here is a simple run-down of the rules and procedures for returns:
- · Items can be exchanged or returned for store credit only. We cannot issue refunds.
- · All returns must be received within 14 days of the date that we ship out your order.
- · Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
- · All Jewelry Sales are Final.
- · Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn, and all tags must still be attached.
- · Include your return form with return.
- · Shipping is non-refundable.
- · Also, we suggest that you send items back using USPS, UPS or FedEx along with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to us.
