Dock 6 Pottery Medium 3 Pinch Rim Bowl with Fused Glass

These gorgeous stoneware ceramic bowls are crafted by hand in Minneapolis, MN by our team of skilled artisans. Each one is handmade on the potter's wheel and one of a kind. The "Geode Crackle" fused glass center is Dock 6 Pottery's signature design detail of the past 25+ years, it is made by using broken glass that melts and crackles while being fired to 2000+ degrees in the pottery kiln. These bowls do not contain actual geodes, but are reminiscent of the beautiful crystals. Due to the handmade nature of these items, measurements will vary slightly. Best used as a decorative piece, fused glass pottery is food safe for dry foods (such as cheese and crackers), however, the crackle pattern does contain microscopic cracks which liquids can seep into and be hard to sanitize. We do not recommend using these pots with liquids or wet foods. Fused glass pottery is not dishwasher, oven, or microwave safe.
