How to Use: 

Comb brows with the spoolie. Pick up product with angled brush and tap off excess. Apply using short, careful strokes. Gently blend product through the brows with the spoolie.

Tips: 
Intensify color payoff by lightly spritzing the bristles with Hydration Spray.
