Crackers with Truffle & Olive Oil 

Natural, artisan, crunchy and extra thin crackers, without any additives or colorants, NO palm oil. We infused our olive oil with black truffle. The black truffle (Tuber Melanosporum Vitt) has a strong and peppery smell, and exquisite flavor. Harvesting takes place at the town of Sarrion (Teruel, Spain) where it has the greatest surface of planted oak trees in the entire world. Tuber Aestivum black truffle or summer truffle grows from summer until early fall.
